The heart of data analysis
The CORE* is integrated into the control system of your industrial door, but does not perform any control tasks itself. Instead, it reads all the data from the drive encoder and the control board.
This data is analyzed, evaluated and forms the basis for predictive maintenance. In addition, error messages and status displays can also be recorded for numerous control systems.
All this information is transmitted wirelessly to the BOTEVO app and the BOTEVO dashboard. The user is informed immediately and solutions are offered directly.

Modern visualizations
All door data and information, fault messages and maintenance instructions are graphically processed and clearly displayed in the BOTEVO app for mobile devices or in the BOTEVO dashboard on the desktop. Here you get a convenient overview of the data for all locations, buildings and door systems. The operation is intuitive.
Sensors and status messages
The GUARD* is placed next to the control system of the door. It uses integrated sensors to monitor temperature and humidity, which converge in the BOTEVO Energy Tool. The colored LED ring displays the current status of the door. In this way, the various conditions can be seen at a glance. In addition, warnings are signaled acoustically to enable a quick response.

Ready for the future
The BUTLER significantly expands the range of applications and allows you to create your own control functions for individual actions and automatic rules in the backend. It can also be used as a meta-controller for a large number of local, conventional control systems for existing industrial doors.
Optionally, the BUTLER can be integrated into the local LAN or WLAN and thus becomes a gateway with faster response times. An inhibiting input using a digital safety switch ensures the desired protection at all times.
